Provider
The Lux Mundi service is provided by Iakov Zubekhin LTDA, CNPJ 66.795.280/0001-80, Rua Pais Leme, 215, Conj. 1713, Pinheiros, São Paulo - SP, CEP 05424-150, Brasil. Electronic contact: iakovzubekhin@gmail.com. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Consumer Defense Code when applicable.
Acceptance
By creating an account or using Lux Mundi, you accept these terms, the privacy policy, and the personal data notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service
Lux Mundi offers the Bible, calendar, communities, prayers, testimonies, comments, church content, and other features. Functions may vary by platform, region, community, or plan. The application is not a substitute for pastoral, medical, legal, or professional advice.
Account and security
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify us of unauthorized use. You are responsible for actions taken on your account, except for failures attributable to the service. We may limit accounts for abuse, fraud, security risk, or violation of these terms, subject to legal rights.
User content
You retain the rights to the content you post and grant Lux Mundi a limited, non-exclusive license necessary to store, display, transmit, and moderate that content on the service. Do not post illegal, offensive, or fraudulent content, violate third-party rights, or disclose third-party data without authorization.
Communities and moderation
Creators and administrators may organize members and moderate content within their communities. They must use data solely for legitimate purposes and comply with the law and these terms. Lux Mundi may remove content or restrict features to protect users and the service.
Subscriptions and trial period
Prior to contracting, we display the price, currency, frequency, trial period, and relevant conditions. Unless otherwise stated, the subscription renews automatically until cancellation. Cancellation prevents future charges, and paid access remains available until the end of the current paid period, unless a legal rule or specific offer provides otherwise. Mandatory withdrawal and consumer rights remain available under the law of the consumer’s country.
Offerings and donations
Offerings and donations are voluntary and do not purchase spiritual benefits or access to the biblical text. The amount and frequency are shown prior to confirmation. Recurring contributions may be canceled before the next charge. Refunds are analyzed according to the operation, applicable legislation, and payment method.
Payments
Card payments, PIX in Brazil, and SBP transfers in Russia may be processed by an independent provider. We do not store full card numbers. Please verify the amount, frequency, and beneficiary before completing the transaction. Taxes and tax documents are handled in accordance with applicable legislation.
Availability and liability
We strive to keep the service secure and available, but maintenance and external failures may occur. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or liabilities that cannot be disclaimed under Brazilian consumer protection law.
Cancellation and contact
You can delete your account through the app and manage subscriptions using the means indicated in the corresponding area. For support, cancellation, billing, right of withdrawal, or complaints: iakovzubekhin@gmail.com.
Language
The operator is a Brazilian company and these terms are governed by Brazilian law. Every translation has the same informational purpose; no choice of law or language limits mandatory consumer rights in the consumer’s country.
